Quantum Computing & 5G

I work at the intersection of two infrastructure shifts happening in parallel: 5G core networks reaching carrier-grade maturity, and quantum computing moving from lab to early commercial relevance. That means hands-on 5G core and UPF engineering alongside active research into quantum algorithms and where quantum-classical hybrid systems create real near-term value — not just theoretical interest.

Trust Layer & UPF

Modern networks need a verification layer that can prove integrity end-to-end — across the User Plane Function, signalling, and increasingly AI-driven network functions. I design the trust and crypto-agility architecture that lets operators adopt new technology (including post-quantum cryptography) without re-engineering the core every time the threat model shifts.

AI Security & Cybersecurity

As AI models get embedded directly into network functions and operational pipelines, they become part of the attack surface. I assess and harden that surface — model integrity, data exposure, adversarial resilience — alongside traditional telecom cybersecurity across the RAN, core, and OT/IT boundary.
